If you rent a vehicle of if you have not received your new vehicle yet, at the check-out, you can temporarely put the licence of your personal car.
As soon as the licence plate of your vehicle will be available, we kindly ask you to change the licence plate following these steps:
- log into your personal account, on the Address page;
- change the field “Immatriculation plate (for the card)*” with your new licence plate;
- click on “Save the address“.
To see your updated licence plate, please close or uninstall the App.
