  1. This section contains information regarding the cookie policy of the Agricamper website, owned by Agricamper S.r.l., in reference to the use of cookies by users.

This document is an integral part of the site’s Privacy Policy available at https://www.agricamper-italia.com/en/cookie-policy/ and the information contained therein is provided to the interested parties in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (EU Regulation no. 679/2016), the personal data protection code (Legislative Decree of June 30, 1993, no. 196 and subsequent modifications), and the “Cookie and Other Tracking Tools Guidelines – June 10, 2021”, Official Gazette no. 163 of July 9, 2021.
  3. The information is provided exclusively for cookies present within the Agricamper site and application and not for cookies present on external sites that can be reached through links within the site itself.

3. Cookies

  1. The use of cookies complies with the relevant European legislation (Directive 2009/136/EC amending Directive 2002/58/EC “E-Privacy”) and national legislation (the Italian Data Protection Authority’s measure of May 8, 2014, and subsequent clarifications as well as the Cookie and Other Tracking Tools Guidelines of June 10, 2021, no. 231).

4. Types of Cookies

  1. The Agricamper site uses cookies to make the user’s browsing experience easier and more intuitive: cookies are small text strings used to store some information that may concern the user, their preferences, or the Internet access device (computer, tablet, or mobile) and are mainly used to adjust the operation of the site to the user’s expectations, offering a more personalized browsing experience and memorizing the choices made previously.
  2. A cookie consists of a reduced set of data transferred to the user’s browser by a web server and can only be read by the server that made the transfer. It is not executable code and does not transmit viruses.

  • Session cookies: cookies that are not stored persistently on the user’s computer and are deleted with the closing of the browser, are strictly limited to the transmission of session identifiers necessary to enable safe and efficient exploration of the site, avoiding the use of other IT techniques potentially prejudicial to the confidentiality of users’ browsing.
  • Persistent cookies: cookies that remain stored on the computer’s hard drive until their expiration or deletion by users/visitors. Through persistent cookies, visitors who access the site (or any other users using the same computer) are automatically recognized at each visit. 5. Technical Cookies

  1. Technical cookies are those used solely to “carry out the transmission of a communication over an electronic communications network, or as strictly necessary for the provider of an information society service explicitly requested by the subscriber or user to provide such service” (see Art. 122, paragraph 1, of the Privacy Code).
  2. Technical cookies do not require the user’s prior consent. They are used to allow the operation of the site and/or to provide the User with a service or function that the User has expressly requested. Therefore, cookies guarantee the normal navigation and use of the Websites, also allowing to save the User’s preferences and optimize their browsing experience. The Sites use both first and third-party technical cookies.

  • Cookie Consent: cookies that document the User’s consent to the installation of profiling cookies through the performance of one of the actions described in the banner/short notice, recognizes the User on the second access to the site so as not to require again the consent to the installation of cookies and has a duration of 12 months.

6. Third-party Cookies

  1. In terms of origin, there are cookies sent to the browser directly from the site you are visiting and those of third parties sent to the computer from other sites and not from the one you are visiting.

8. How to Disable Cookies

  1. On your first visit to our Site, you can accept all cookies by clicking on the “OK” button or on the “X” (close) button present in the banner or on any element of the web page outside the banner itself.
  2. In all other cases and at each subsequent visit to the Site, by clicking on the “Cookie Policy” link located at the bottom of the homepage of our Site, you will be able to access this information and deny consent to the installation of cookies.

  1. In line with the GDPR, in relation to the processing of their personal data, the user has the right to ask the Data Controller:
  • Access: you can ask for confirmation whether or not data processing concerning you is taking place, as well as more clarifications about the information provided in this policy.
  • Rectification: you can ask to rectify or supplement the data you have provided us if inaccurate or incomplete.
  • Deletion: you can request that your data be deleted if it is no longer necessary for our purposes, in case of withdrawal of consent or opposition to processing, in case of unlawful processing, or if there is a legal obligation to delete or if it refers to subjects under sixteen years old.
  • Limitation: you can request that your data be processed only for conservation purposes, excluding other processing, for the necessary period to correct your data, in case of unlawful treatment for which you oppose the deletion, if you must exercise your rights in court and the data retained by the Data Controller can be useful to you, and finally, in case of opposition to processing and a verification on the prevalence of the legitimate reasons of the Data Controller compared to yours is underway.
  • Revocation: you can revoke your consent at any time, in case this constitutes the basis of the processing. However, the withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of the processing based on the consent carried out before the revocation.
